These terms govern your purchase and use of OwnStack (the “Kit”) — a starter-kit codebase and accompanying course sold through this website. By purchasing or using the Kit, you agree to these terms.
OwnStack is a one-time digital purchase that grants you access to a private GitHub repository containing the Kit’s source code, engine, application, and course documentation. After purchase, you connect your GitHub account, which is then invited to the repository, and your access includes future updates to it.
Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. Your purchase is also subject to Polar’s buyer terms presented at checkout. Applicable taxes are collected and remitted by Polar.

OwnStack retains all rights, title, and interest in the Kit and course materials, except for the license expressly granted above. Applications you build using the Kit are yours.
The Kit is designed to run on third-party infrastructure (such as your own cloud and GPU providers). You are responsible for your own accounts, usage, costs, and compliance with those providers’ terms.
The Kit is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwnStack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Kit, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Kit.
