OwnStack is a digital product: your purchase grants immediate access to the complete source code and course inside a private GitHub repository. Because the full product is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” the following policy applies.
If you have not yet accepted the GitHub repository invitation (i.e., you have not accessed the source code), you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email support@ownstackhq.com from the address you used to buy.
Once you have accepted the invitation and accessed the source code, sales are final and refunds are generally not available, since the complete product has been delivered.
If the product is not as described or you cannot access what you paid for, contact us — we’ll make it right. Reach support@ownstackhq.com and we’ll respond promptly.
Payments and refunds are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Polar’s buyer terms, presented at checkout, also apply.
